Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars, and include GST

Payment Method

Full payment of product and delivery is required, prior to products being dispatched.

Payment is accepted by PayPal. Paypal instructions are in the product (sales) section of this website. PayPal was chosen because of its wide public acceptance.

Shipping

The method of delivery (Australia post or a Transport/Courier Service) shall be at the discretion of Hava Australia. Inability to deliver goods, such as locked gates, dogs or other hindering items will result in a charge for redelivery and sundries such as phone calls. Products shall be delivered to the place the purchaser nominates and left on the premises, whether or not any person is present to accept delivery.

Delivery to metropolitan areas is normally 2-4 working days, for products in stock.

We will endeavour to email the purchaser within 24 working hours if the products sought are not currently in Australian stock. We will discuss alternatives or international shipping times.

Purchasers are welcome to collect goods from our Brisbane, Melbourne or Adelaide outlets. Please email us for address and opening times.

Hava Australia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use or installation of the products.

Hava Australia shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay in delivery or inability to deliver for any reason whatsoever.

Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel a purchase please email us immediately. Dispatch can be very quick.
• If your purchase has been “picked” from stock, but not dispatched on transport, a refund or credit will be given, less a 10% handling fee.
• If your purchase has been dispatched on transport, a refund or credit will be given, less a 20% handling fee.

Exchanges

All goods to be exchanged must be in original condition, never installed, and in original packaging. The packaging must be in saleable condition. The purchaser is responsible for returning goods to the warehouse. If collection is required a charge will apply.

Refunds

No refunds are given unless required by law ie: faulty product upon purchase, or product does not do as described. Product fault must be notified to Hava Australia within 14 days of purchase. Warranty

The manufacturer, Hava Industrial Co., guarantees there will be no rust or distortion on the surface of brass or stainless steel products within five years. Hava Industrail Co guarantee there will be no air bubble or rust on the surface of zinc alloy products for four years.

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase date.

The following is beyond the range of guarantee: damage caused by incorrect installation, improper handling during installation, improper use or incorrect care of the product.

Installation

Please open boxes carefully and inspect for correct goods and correct finish, for example chrome or gold.

Please read and follow the instructions that come with Hava products. Most products come with screws and an allen key. Please keep items such as allen keys for future tightening, or un-installing.

You may need tools such as tape measure and spirit level to neatly arrange products.

Care & Cleaning

Please clean your Hava bathroom accessories regularly. Use only a mild liquid detergent, well diluted in warm water and wipe with a cloth or sponge. Do not spray cleaning products directly onto bathroom accessories. After cleaning always dry with a soft clean cloth to maintain a beautiful shine.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, scourers, solvents, acids or corrosive chemicals. Do not scratch or touch the products surface with any hard substance.

Enviromental policy

Hava products are completely free of lead.

The parent company of Hava Australia, is National Freight Logistics. National Freight recycles where possible. National Freight recycles plastic pallet wrap, recycles ink-cartridges, separates scrap metal for collection and re-uses wood and cardboard cartons from packaging.
